ITC’s state of the art production facility includes new manual and CNC machines from leading Swiss and German specialists including Schneeberger, Walter, Deckel and Rollomatic.
We have invested in a centralised oil filtration system to ensure that grinding takes place under optimum conditions with clean oil, and computerised optical measuring equipment, to maintain the high standards for which ITC is renowned.
We are the only Cutting tool company in the UK to have two Walter Heli tool check automatic measuring machines.

• Hawema Centralised Coolant Filtration and cooling system - Our third coolant filtration system, used to keep the oil on some of our latest machines clean and at the optimum temperature for grinding.
• Matsuura RA-1G - This high specification, 15000 RPM machining centre is used for cutter development, customer tooling trials and demonstrations.
