Small Ball Nose With Big Performance
Continuing its launch of innovative products, ITC of Tamworth is delighted to announce the recent introduction of the new 2112 Cyber Series 2 flute ball nosed solid carbide end mill. The centre cutting end mill with a reinforced shank and short flute has been developed to deliver exceptional performance under the toughest of machining conditions.

The 2112 Series is manufactured from an Ultra Wear Resistant Micro Grain Carbide with an AlTiN coating to guarantee tool life that is far beyond that of competitor products. Tool life is extended further with the short flute and reinforced shank design. This new addition to the formidable Cyber Series of cutting tools is available with multiple neck lengths for machining cavities.

This rigid and robust tool design makes the 2112 Series ideal for use in the most demanding of applications. This new cutter is set to be a huge success in the mould & die industry where it excels in machining at extremely high speeds and feeds.

The 2112 Series is available with five radii below 1mm, with a 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.8mm radius plus the 1mm, 1.2, 1.5, 2, 3, 4 and 5mm radius options that complete the series. The cutters have a shank diameter of either 4 or 6mm with an overall length of 50 or 57mm. Each cutter has a reach and neck diameter in proportion with the cutters to deliver optimum performance under the most strenuous of machining conditions.

The multiple neck lengths, available in a variety of diameters give exceptional versatility whilst the combination of extra tough carbide, professionally developed geometry and specifically applied coating give an outstanding performance.

The rigid design of this new addition to the Cyber Series delivers high performance that gives the customer confidence when machining hardened materials.
